Jesus blessed the nutrient and gave thanks for information technology when He fed the five,000, just the Bible doesn't tell us the words that He prayed. Then what should you say when yous pray before a meal? That's up to yous, simply in case you would like some ideas, here are 27 prayers that I take collected over the years. Where I know the source, I listing information technology in parentheses:
CLASSIC, TRADITIONAL PRAYERS
"Lord, anoint this nutrient to our nourishment, and usa to Your service. In Jesus' name, Amen." (Traditional prayer I heard in my Baptist family.)
"Anoint the states, O Lord, and these Thy gifts which nosotros are about to receive, through Thy bounty through Christ our Lord we pray. Amen." (Traditional Roman Cosmic prayer.)
